Sudeep Kesh

Sudeep Kesh is the Chief Innovation Officer for S&P Global Ratings, where he steers enterprise-wide initiatives at the nexus of digital transformation, technological disruption, and financial risk. In this role, he leads cutting-edge research, development, and award-winning workforce upskilling programs centered on emerging frontiers — including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, quantum computing, and market-shaping technologies. Sudeep also founded S&P Global's cross-enterprise Technology Disruption Research Lab and spearheaded the launch of S&P Global's Artificial Intelligence Insights at spglobal.ai.

A recognized thought leader and sought-after keynote speaker, Sudeep frequently delivers strategic perspectives on innovation and digital disruption for global platforms, including The Economist, World Economic Forum, The Conference Board, European Central Bank's Systemic Risk Board, ComplianceWeek, and the Executive Forum. Earlier in his career, he led global teams of credit research and economics professionals authoring benchmark research across credit markets. Sudeep holds a BSc in Management Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Binghamton University. He is a board member of the COO Council at LNS Research and the Global Innovation and Transformation Institute at The Conference Board, a council member of The Conference Board's Innovation Leadership Council, and a member of the World Economic Forum's AI Global Alliance and Centre for Energy and Materials initiatives.
